Timeline (Leh to Leh)
Day 1: Welcome to the Land of High PassesOur services start with your arrival at Leh airport. We will transfer you to the Hotel and you'd be given a complete day for rest and acclimatization to the rarified air. Visit the Leh Bazaar in the evening and witness the Sunset at Shanti Stupa. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Leh Local SightseeingToday you'd have a full day excursion to explore Leh. After breakfast drive along the Indus to visit the Thiksey Monastery, Magnetic Point, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and The Hall of fame on your ride back to Leh. Overnight stay at the Hotel.
Day 3: Leh - Nubra Valley Via Khardungla PassAfter breakfast, we would start our ride to Nubra Valley (120 Kms) via Khardungla (highest accessible Motorable road in the World, at 18,380 ft). Arrive at Deskit by Afternoon. Rest of the day is free for you to explore Deskit, Hunder Village and enjoy camel safari at the Sand Dunes between Deskit and Hunder Village. Overnight stay at the campsite.
Day 4: Nubra Valley To Pangong LakeAfter an early breakfast, we will leave for Pangong Lake at 14,500 ft, via Shyok route. Overnight stay at the campsite near the majestic Pangong Lake.
Day 5: Pangong To LehAfter breakfast, we will ride back to Leh, crossing Changla Pass at 17,350 ft (third Highest Motorable road in the world). The ride will leave you spellbound with the beautiful views and mind-blowing landscape. We retreat to the hotel for a night stay.
Day 6: DepartureYour journey to mother nature “Leh” also known as “Dard Castle” ends here. After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and bring an end to a beautiful trip leaving us with memories of a lifetime and head back to our hometown.
Accommodation on Double/Triple sharing basis as per itinerary in hotels/camps mentioned or similar.
Daily Breakfast and Dinner (5 Breakfast and 5 Dinner, starting from Dinner on Day 1).
Dedicated tour guide and group leaders.
Back up vehicle and mechanics.
An oxygen cylinder 24x7 in the backup vehicle in case of emergency.
All drives, sightseeing and excursions as per the itinerary.
Participation Certificate for riding up to highest motorable road of the world - Khardungla Pass and a goody bag.
Helmets for riders
Meals that are not mentioned in inclusions.
Any travel expenses to/from Leh.
Any personal expenses like laundry, telephone bills, tips etc.
Any kind of Biking gears (Gloves, knee guard, elbow guard etc).
Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks etc. to be borne by the client directly on the spot.
Cost incurred to transfer or tow the motorbike in case it is dropped on the way.
Security Deposit - INR 10,000 per bike (refundable).
Any other item which is not specified under cost inclusions.
GST @ 5%.
Inner Line Permit cost 800 /- per person.
Any parking fees and entrance fee to the monastery and monuments.
GoBikes reserves the right to change the itinerary at any given point of time which will stand effective once it is informed to the traveller and/or uploaded on the website.
The prices as displayed in the itinerary are liable to change as per the change in the fuel prices.
In case of any unforeseen events like – roadblock, storms, landslides, etc. , the itinerary might have to be changed by the tour captain and any additional costs arising out of such events would have to be borne by the traveller.
Sequence of the day-wise tour program may change depending upon traffic schedules/restrictions on some roads and other unforeseen travel – related conditions.
If there is any unprecedented hike in the cost of transportation (including fuel surcharge) or accommodation, it will also affect the cost.
We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to locations, landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost.
Only Bag pack/ Rucksack is allowed. You can carry upto 12Kg of luggage (Per Person). There will be a charge of INR1000 per Kg for any luggage exceeding the Limit.
Cancellation before 30 days of the departure date: 20% of the total billing amount will be charged as cancelation amount.
Cancelation within 30 days of the departure date: 100% of the total billing amount will be charged as cancelation.
In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
